Author Responsibilities

4. Purchases and Payments
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in your local currency. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and mobile money. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.
Refund Policy
Digital book purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded. Reading package purchases may be refunded within 24 hours if unused. Contact support for refund requests.
Author Royalties
Authors receive 80% of net revenue from book sales. Royalties are paid monthly via the author's preferred payment method. Detailed reporting is available in author dashboards.
5. Intellectual Property
PenViews respects intellectual property rights. Authors retain all copyrights to their works. By publishing on PenViews, authors grant us a limited license to distribute and display their content through our platform.
Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us immediately with detailed information. We respond to valid DMCA notices and will remove infringing content.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you lose access to purchased content and platform features.
Users may terminate their accounts at any time through account settings. Note that termination does not entitle you to refunds for previous purchases.
7. Limitation of Liability
PenViews is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to PenViews in the past 12 months.
